Data Solution Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Data Solution Expert, you will take business ownership for our data solutions, ensuring that data-driven campaigns are implemented efficiently and scalably.

• Business ownership for data solutions
• Interface between departments (CRM, Loyalty, Data/Tech, Analytics)
• Translate business use-case requirements into data logical concepts
• Coordinate the provision of relevant data with stakeholders
• Develop selection and attribute logic
• Ensure a clean and consistent data basis for campaigns
• Conduct target group selections using SQL queries
• Identify optimization potentials in target group and campaign logics

Requirements

• Several years of experience in CRM, Data Activation, or Campaign Management
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization
• Good understanding of data structures and attribute logics
• Experience with campaign management or CDP systems is ideal
• Proficient in SQL queries
• Ability to translate technical content for business and vice versa
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a passion for interfacing between business and tech
