Standard Metrics is an automated financial collaboration platform that helps investors and founders to move faster together and make better, forward-facing decisions. We are rebuilding investor relations from the ground up and are currently a trusted resource for many top venture capital firms.

In Short

• Lead a team of data solutions reps to ensure accurate data delivery.
• Define and optimize key performance metrics for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance tools for data processing.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to drive product adoption.
• Oversee workflows for data ingestion and validation.
• Create documentation to clarify data definitions and quality gaps.
• Continuously improve processes through automation.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in consulting or finance data roles.
• Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and VC finance.
• Experience with AI SaaS platforms.
• Ability to manage high volumes of data with precision.
• Experience presenting and interacting with clients.
