Working Student: User Experience Research - Remote

Overview

As a Working Student in UX Research, you will support the User Experience Team in the customer-centric development of the Breuninger Online Shop, engaging in various research activities.

In Short

• Support the team in the conception, execution, and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative studies (user tests, online surveys, etc.).
• Derive and present actionable recommendations.
• Document and communicate research insights.
• Regularly monitor customer feedback and conduct research activities.
• Assist with organizational tasks within the team.
• Ideal for students in psychology, sociology, or business sciences with a focus on market research.
• Experience with analysis tools like SPSS, R, or Excel is preferred.
• Passion for UX and usability topics.
• Ability to work independently and present findings.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Currently studying in a relevant field, preferably at the master's level.
• Experience in UX research and knowledge of user experience in e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment in deriving insights from data.
• Structured and careful work ethic.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
