ModSquad is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team, providing support for a leading music streaming service.

In Short

• First point of contact for customers via inbound messages.
• Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to inquiries in both Spanish and English.
• 40 hours per week required during the 8-week orientation period.
• Available production hours include daily shifts from 12 AM to 8 AM and 12 PM to 12 AM.
• Must complete language assessments in Spanish and English.
• Strong desire to create unique experiences for customers.
• Experience in providing customer support via inbound messaging.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Workspace requirements include a dedicated computer and stable internet connection.
