ModSquad is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team, providing support for a leading music streaming service.

In Short

• First point of contact for customers via inbound messages.
• Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to inquiries in both Portuguese and English.
• Passion for music is a plus.
• 40 hours per week required during the 8-week orientation period.
• Available production hours are 24/7.
• Must complete language assessments in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in providing web messaging support.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Workspace requirements include a stable internet connection and a dedicated computer.

Requirements

• Strong desire to create unique experiences for customers.
• Exceptional customer support skills.
• Experience with inbound messaging support.
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English.
• Dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or above.
• Willingness to install security software and 2FA app.
• Access to a webcam or smartphone for pictures.
• Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater.
• 8 GB RAM or better; dual monitors recommended.
