Transportation Network Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan to foster growth and enhancement of the Transportation Provider network to support the evolving demands in transportation services.

In Short

• Develop and execute strategic plans for transportation provider network growth.
• Recruit new transportation providers and manage contracting processes.
• Maintain positive relationships within the existing provider network.
• Support market research efforts to understand transportation dynamics.
• Engage in negotiations with transportation providers.
• Contribute to development of responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Utilize analytics to review network costs and performance.
• Assist in developing procedures for evaluating contract agreements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Ensure timely engagement of new transportation providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years experience in account management, NEMT, and/or transportation.
• One year experience in medical or disability transportation management.
• Government contracting experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare landscape including MCOs, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Tableau.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
