• Maintain a living “Source of Truth” for all coaching content.
• Drive action within the first 72 hours of member onboarding.
• Review community analytics weekly to identify learning bottlenecks.
• Publish weekly community recaps to highlight wins.
• Foster a fast-paced, high-growth coaching environment.
