Part-Time Community Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Community Manager to support and grow our online community. This role is critical to driving engagement, retention, and upsells within our paid communities.

In Short

• Manage and moderate our online community for a high-quality experience
• Lead community initiatives and engagement campaigns
• Build and manage the community within Mighty Networks
• Engage members through posts, comments, and announcements
• Collaborate with internal teams for launches and promotions
• Write educational copy for community resources
• Analyze engagement trends and test creative ideas
• Act as the voice of the community to leadership
• Work 25 hours/week, remotely
• Compensation at $40/hour

Requirements

• Experience in community management (paid or professional communities preferred)
• Hands-on experience using Mighty Networks
• Ability to design and lead community initiatives
• Experience writing educational or instructional copy
• Creative and strategic thinking skills
• Experience driving upsells and engagement
• Highly organized and proactive in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
