Part-Time Community Manager - Remote

Overview

The Community Manager will oversee a mini-learning app on Telegram focused on Fitness & Nutrition, Mindfulness, and English Learning, leading the community and creating engaging content to drive course sales.

In Short

• Post 2 pieces of content daily on Telegram (tips, polls, success stories).
• Moderate chat & DM with a response time of less than 6 hours.
• Transform Telegram content into 34 Instagram Reels/Stories + TikTok/YouTube Shorts weekly.
• Gather UGC, obtain permissions, and create social proof assets.
• Update leaderboard, announce winners, and run light contests.
• Schedule weekly content batches using Publer.
• Edit content with Canva & CapCut (templates provided).
• Track engagement KPIs in Notion; report bugs/payment issues to the coordinator.
• Attend a 30-minute remote meeting each week and propose new ideas.
• Be passionate about Fitness & Nutrition, Mindfulness, or English Learning.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience managing communities/social media accounts.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, basic English reading/writing skills.
• Skilled in creating short vertical videos (CapCut, TikTok).
• Familiar with Canva and brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working independently with a content calendar.
