We are looking for a Community Manager who loves social media and engaging with people, with a keen sense of communication style and curiosity about the hospitality industry.

In Short

Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Respond to comments and direct messages with genuine interest
Communicate in the creator's style
Identify relevant topics and discussions in the community
Provide community feedback to content and strategy teams
Develop community actions or ideas to increase reach

Requirements

Strong language skills and enjoyment of digital communication
Ability to quickly adapt to new communication styles
Understanding of brand identity and community management
Ideally, some experience in social media or community management
Structured and independent working style
Excellent grammar and spelling in German
