Overview

As a Community Manager, you will be part of our Social Media Team, actively managing our fantastic community on social media channels and being part of the ESN and More Nutrition team.

• Manage social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Work independently and reliably according to a coordinated schedule.
• Stay updated on product launches and promotions.
• Be empathetic and a communication talent, both externally and internally.
• Utilize good judgment in content moderation and feedback generation.
• Available on weekends and holidays.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-oriented environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and accuracy.
