The Recruiter for Pharmacy Roles will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various pharmacy positions. Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or startup environment, with a preference for experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
• Highly organized but adaptable, capable of balancing multiple priorities without missing a beat.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
