In Short

• Join the PMO team as a Business Analyst (BA).
• Bridge the gap between high-level use cases and detailed business requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
• Document use cases and business requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for project specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders.
• Support project managers with scope definition and planning.
• Define UAT test plans and collaborate with product and tech teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in a PMO or project-driven environment.
• 4+ years of experience in payments and transaction lifecycles.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
