Overview

As a Computational Mathematician at Mobius Logic, you will leverage analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business, science, engineering and research problems.

In Short

• Work with partners in US government on exploratory AI research.
• Aggregate Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 2-3 ideas into TRL 4-5 technologies.
• Use Open Source/Digital technologies to mine complex data sources.
• Build data solutions for various industries including defense and healthcare.
• Provide consultancy to translate business needs into data tools.
• Drive analysis for meaningful insights on business strategies.
• Ensure adherence to data quality management principles.
• Collaborate with Tech teams for data access governance.
• Monitor and report on data quality.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• At least 2 years’ experience with Python, R, Spark, SQL.
• Strong foundation in predictive modeling and data governance.
• 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate technical needs effectively.
• Ability to organize and present ideas in written form.
• Full-time position with potential part-time options.
