Overview

The Field Service Coordinator Planner is responsible for ensuring accurate planning for service field technicians, managing service orders, and improving customer satisfaction.

• Manage incoming service and support requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in service coordination or customer service.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assist in developing SOPs.
