Overview

The Technical Services Administrator plays a key role in coordinating the daily operations of the service and support team, managing requests, maintaining records, and ensuring professional communication.

In Short

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in service coordination or customer service roles.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to assist in developing SOPs and improving workflows.
  • Associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of Wixom, MI.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
