Technical Support Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Technical Support Administrator will provide technical support for the FPNA system, perform administrative tasks, and work on system configurations and reports.

• Provide technical support for the FPNA budgeting system.

Requirements

• Knowledge of budgeting systems and management reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP system administration.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning.
• Strong skills in Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle database tools like PL/SQL Developer or Toad.
• Experience with Linux and bash scripting.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Upper intermediate English language proficiency (B2).
