Overview

The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving institutional and DeFi adoption of our on-chain financial infrastructure, focusing on revenue generation through enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in GTM strategy and revenue generation.
  • Strong background in enterprise sales and partnerships.
  • Experience in the crypto or financial technology sectors.
  • Ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience building and managing sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and operational systems.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and partnerships.
