In Short

• Provide IT hardware (HW) and Software (SW) asset logistics lifecycle management.
• Document procurement packages and asset information.
• Manage logistics database for hardware and software.
• Document and report Package Inventory management.
• Work closely with Analytics Lead on Asset and Account control Center Dashboard.
• Partner with team members for asset procurement.
• Coordinate with fellow Asset team members for specifications.
• Manage asset logistics information for compliance.
• Collaborate with ESOM Contract Business Operations team.
• Capture logistics investment requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or business administration.
• 8 years of experience with IT asset logistics, ServiceNow or similar ITAM/ITSM.
• Experience in procurement, maintenance, and distribution of material.
• Experience in monitoring progress and identifying performance issues.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate information clearly.
• Aptitude to address sensitive situations positively.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000.
