Senior Biostatistician - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Biostatistics efforts advancing Natera’s oncology portfolio of cutting-edge molecular diagnostic tests. As a Senior Biostatistician, you will leverage your applied statistics knowledge to support the design, analysis, and reporting of validation experiments for multiple high-priority projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills.

In Short

• Support the design and execution of statistical analyses for development and analytical validation studies.
• Work closely with fellow statisticians, bench scientists, and product development teams.
• Develop comprehensive protocols, analysis plans, and reports.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Expert applied knowledge of statistical methodology in diagnostic medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to create clear and well-structured written documentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Expert applied knowledge of statistical methodology in diagnostic medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to create clear and well-structured written documentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience with CLSI, NGS, genetics, and/or oncology testing a plus.
