Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sr Human Resources Manager, Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in Global Manufacturing Operations. This role involves collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and plays a critical role in shaping our global footprint, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.

In Short

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership in global operations initiatives.
  • Drive global talent strategies in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Implement targeted actions to address gaps in organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide hands-on strategic guidance for change management.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas.
  • Participate in company-wide HR programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR transformation.
  • Support organizational transformation with a data-driven approach.
  • Manage change and shape culture in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coach leaders on effective storytelling and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a large, multinational company.
  • 3-5 years of global experience across multiple countries.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence across silos and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Expertise in talent management and succession planning.
  • Experience in navigating regional nuances in a matrixed organization.
