Overview

As a Temporary Benefits Advisor II, you will provide guidance to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States on Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting compliance using Mitratech’s ACA Reporting Tool.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in ACA Reporting solutions.
• Understanding of ACA Reporting rules and federal laws.
• Ability to organize and manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong Internet navigation and research skills.
• Preferred: relevant benefits certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, GBA).
