Software Engineer III in Test - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer III in Test, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Mitratech’s products. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to design, execute, and automate tests that validate functionality, performance, and usability.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define effective test strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing as needed.
• Review test scripts and participate in peer reviews for code quality.
• Investigate and reproduce reported issues, providing clear defect documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Contribute to improving test frameworks and processes.
• Explore AI-augmented testing tools to increase automation efficiency.
• Participate in release and hotfix testing.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in software testing, manual and automation.
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks using C# or Java.
• Good understanding of NUnit or equivalent test frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, or similar source control tools.
• Experience in SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
