Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant & Strategic Partner to work closely with our CEO and executive team. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and requires someone who can be a gatekeeper to the CEO's time, solve problems, lead teams, and act as the eyes and ears on the ground. In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
  • Experience in sales operations and marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market developments.
