Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience specific to dentists.
• Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Skilled in Boolean searches and KPI management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in virtual environments.
• Experience in social media recruitment strategies.
