Security Manager - FSO - TS/SCI - Remote

Overview

The Security Manager will oversee security management duties supporting multiple clients, primarily in Lexington Park, MD, with a hybrid work model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

• Serve as the FSO, ITPSO, and CPSO.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an FSO/CPSO.
• Strong knowledge of DISS, NBIS, and NISS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Completion of FSO Curriculum for Possessing Facilities.
• Knowledge of federal security laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for client facility travel.
• Ability to resolve security-related issues effectively.
