Junior Quality Assurance Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a project with Miratech’s trusted global partner, focusing on testing Conversational AI applications, including both chatbots and voicebots. The role involves designing and executing both functional and regression test scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability.

In Short

• Prepare functional test cases and corresponding test data.
• Conduct call routing and skill-based testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in testing Genesys IVR applications and Conversational AI solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IVR testing tools such as CYARA.
• Proficient in Text-to-Speech (TTS) augmentation and audio techniques.
• Skilled in functional test case creation and test data preparation.
• Experience working with Splunk for query execution and log validation.
• Expertise in call routing and skill-based routing testing.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage risks effectively.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
