Conversational Designer (Google Dialogflow) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Conversation Designer to craft engaging and effective conversational experiences for voice assistants. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts, experience of working with Google Platform, strong designer skills.

In Short

• Design conversational flows for IVR systems using Dialogflow CX.
• Create and optimize user journeys, intents, training phrases, and dialog states.
• Write natural-sounding, on-brand prompts and responses tailored to voice interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and iterate on conversation flows.
• Analyze user behavior and bot performance using analytics tools.
• Develop and maintain conversation design documentation and style guides.
• Conduct usability testing and call flow simulations.
• 3+ years of experience designing conversational experiences.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms, especially Google Dialogflow.
• Strong writing skills for human-centric dialogue.

Requirements

• Familiarity with call center operations and IVR/Voice bot logic.
• Proven ability to create engaging conversational user experiences.
• Understanding of business use cases for conversational AI.
• Basic understanding of NLP concepts.
• Experience conducting UX research or usability testing is a plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of SSML, speech tuning, and TTS/ASR best practices is nice to have.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like C++, C#, Node.js, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing conversational projects is a plus.
