Overview

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will turn customer data into lifecycle experiences and help drive lifetime value across multiple markets.

In Short

• Own Braze as the primary lifecycle platform.
• Design, launch, and iterate marketing and transactional lifecycle journeys.
• Define and own lifecycle KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Plan and run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Ensure lifecycle communications are scalable and compliant.
• Act as the internal expert for lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to own complex lifecycle systems end-to-end.
• Experience operating multi-language lifecycle programs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
