Minted is looking for a Quality Specialist to ensure best-in-class quality for the Customer Service team, providing feedback and insights to improve customer experience.

• Remote seasonal role from October to December 2025.
• Evaluate Customer Service Representatives’ communications for quality and accuracy.
• Provide constructive feedback to agents and supervisors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Well-developed computer skills, including Google Docs and Sheets.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Detail-oriented and flexible team player.
• Able to analyze information and communicate effectively.
• Focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
