The Quality Specialist ensures the Company’s quality program aligns with FDA regulations and internal quality standards, supporting product development and ongoing compliance for supplements.

In Short

• Work fully remote as a Quality Specialist.
• Independent contractor position.
• Review Batch Records and Certificates of Analysis for compliance.
• Manage Retain Sample Reviews and oversee Product Release.
• Conduct MMR and PMR reviews.
• Manage Change Requests and document implementations.
• Investigate and track Customer Escalations and Adverse Events.
• Submit Serious Adverse Events via the Safety Reporting Portal.
• Update Finished Product specification sheets.
• Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers on batch issues.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience with product development processes.
