Seasonal Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Seasonal Designer, you will provide outstanding service to our customers through design insight and creative talent to fulfill orders, and support Customer Service and our cross-functional partners with your design expertise.

In Short

• Incorporate customer requests, text, and photos into designs
• Create polished and professional print-ready proofs
• Proofread customer entered text
• Ensure photo quality of customer supplied photos
• Recolor and edit images based on customer requests
• Review the work of fellow designers
• Collaborate with customers through written communication
• Assist with design-related questions from internal teams
• Resolve escalated customer orders with design-related issues
• Work directly with customers via email or screen-share

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Freelance design work and client interaction experience
• Fine art skills (watercolor painting, illustration, calligraphy)
• Service and customer expectation management skills
• Experience executing the principles of typography and print design
• Proficient knowledge of wedding etiquette
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clear, concise, and professional communication
• A Bachelor's degree
