Overview

The Finance & Operations Lead will serve as the financial backbone and operational driver of a lean, scaling CPG business, ensuring clean books, strong pricing, and efficient vendor management.

• Own monthly close and reconciliations in NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Build BI dashboards for real-time sales and margin analysis.

Requirements

• Extensive finance experience at a mid-to-senior level.
