Overview

Mint Source is hiring an Email Designer for a growing Canadian email marketing agency focused on fashion, beauty, and jewelry brands. In this role, you’ll create clean, abstract, scroll-stopping email designs using Canva, and bring them to life in Klaviyo.

In Short

• Design original, non-template email creatives in Canva.
• Turn campaign calendars into on-brand visuals with strong CTAs.
• Research design ideas to fuel creativity and stay on trend.
• Slice and build emails in Klaviyo with proper links and tracking.
• Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and clarity.
• Compress and embed subtle GIFs or motion elements.
• QA final email layouts for spacing and formatting.
• Maintain consistent design file structure and naming conventions.
• Apply feedback efficiently and upload final versions to Klaviyo.
• Assist with copy tweaks using tools like ChatGPT.

Requirements

• 3+ years of email design experience in fashion, jewelry, or beauty.
• Exceptional Canva skills: layering, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo including layout builds.
• Sharp eye for design details like spacing and color.
• Fast, independent worker who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with written communication and structured feedback.
