Paymaster - Remote

Overview

The Paymaster will support the Centralized Accounting System activities related to Payroll operations while providing centralized financial services to various entities within the owning company.

In Short

• Prepare advance vacation payments.
• Post payroll JVs and vacation payments.
• Handle payroll-related queries and rectifications.
• Maintain departmental attendance records.
• Check and rectify attendance errors.
• Reconcile meal allowances and service charges.
• Generate and review payroll expenses and accruals.
• Prepare bank uploads and get approvals.
• Verify all payroll postings and records.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, FMC, Opera).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
