Webmaster - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Webmaster to ensure our website remains secure, functional, and user-friendly by performing regular updates and troubleshooting issues.

In Short

• Ensure the website is operational, secure, and user-friendly.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT teams or vendors for resolution.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions and images.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and website trends using analytics tools.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
• Monitor and improve the customer journey.
• Implement and maintain website security protocols, including SSL and firewalls.
• Work with marketing teams to implement campaigns, promotions, and ads landing page.
• Coordinate with website agency to introduce new features and functionalities.

Requirements

• Between 2 and 5 years of work experience in similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress (including themes, plugins, and PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript), server management, and web hosting.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong ability to identify issues and troubleshoot and fix website issues independently.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console.
