We are looking for a Webmaster to ensure our website remains secure, functional, and user-friendly by performing regular updates and troubleshooting issues.

Ensure the website is operational, secure, and user-friendly.
Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT teams or vendors for resolution.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions and images.
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and website trends using analytics tools.
Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
Monitor and improve the customer journey.
Implement and maintain website security protocols, including SSL and firewalls.
Work with marketing teams to implement campaigns, promotions, and ads landing page.
Coordinate with website agency to introduce new features and functionalities.

Requirements

Between 2 and 5 years of work experience in similar role.
Advanced knowledge of WordPress (including themes, plugins, and PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript), server management, and web hosting.
Proficient in English.
Strong ability to identify issues and troubleshoot and fix website issues independently.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console.
