Overview

Parsons is seeking a Master Planner to manage and coordinate the design aspects of an ultra-luxury development project, overseeing the master planning design process to ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Lead the development and review of the overall master plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in master planning or urban design.
• Experience on complex, high-profile developments.
• Strong understanding of regional planning codes.
• Proficiency in planning and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with giga or Vision 2030 programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital master planning workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
