Material Planner - Remote

Overview

As a Material Planner at Corteva Agriscience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient flow of materials required for production, supporting the company's mission to solve the world's food problems through innovation and technology.

In Short

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating raw materials and components.
• Ensure timely transportation for customer orders and warehouse transfers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and establish strong relationships with carriers.
• Evaluate carrier performance and implement process improvements.
• 10% travel required.
• Work primarily in Oracle, Sage & TMX systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience in logistics.

Requirements

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 4 years of logistics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and JIT principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel & MS Office Suites.
