Accounts Payable Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the processing of invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions within a luxury hospitality environment.

In Short

• Process daily invoices and match them to supporting authorizations.
• Check accuracy of account allocations and petty cash reimbursements.
• Prepare payments for final approval and signatures.
• Raise and record manual cheques for urgent payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals for goods and services received.
• Assist in reconciling month-end inventory balances.
• Obtain daily reports from the Cost Control Department.
• Ensure appropriate signatures on receiving stamp reports.
• Control serial numbers of payable vouchers and cheques.
• File payable vouchers with relevant invoices and documents monthly.
• Prepare cheques for employee vacation and final settlements.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• 5-star hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
