Overview

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage accounts payable and cash receipts transactions for multiple non-profit organizations, overseeing the processing of invoices and supervising team members.

• Oversee daily processing of invoices and cash receipts.
• Train and supervise accounts payable staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Act as primary contact for accounts payable matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with non-profit organizations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Bill.com and Divvy is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
