Overview

The Renewals Specialist participates in a virtual account team-selling environment working closely with their assigned business unit’s sales team to drive existing renewal opportunities.

In Short

  • Proactively engage with assigned customers to ensure timely renewals.
  • Communicate licensing options to expand Minitab’s footprint in the account.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of renewal opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for effective resource planning.
  • Transition qualified upsell and cross-sell opportunities to sales team members.
  • Enhance key information of assigned renewal opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with end users beyond license coordinators.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and German is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.

Requirements

  • College graduates with business/marketing/information technology degrees is a plus.
  • 1+ years of customer-facing previous job roles is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and German is required, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Associate College/technical degree required.
