Overview

The Field Architect role at MinIO will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs, leveraging expertise to design and implement robust sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Utilize knowledge of Kubernetes to provide technical guidance to the sales team.
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and articulate value propositions.
• Create sales collateral, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase offerings.
• Work closely with product development and marketing teams for alignment.
• Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on Salesforce and Kubernetes.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or sales architect role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and its applications in cloud solutions.
• Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
