Overview

As a Commercial Contract Attorney at MinIO, you will manage and negotiate a variety of contracts that support business functions while helping shape legal infrastructure in a rapidly scaling company.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Build and refine internal templates and contracting processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Expertise in commercial contract negotiation and management.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
