The Vice President, Talent Management is a transformational leader responsible for designing and leading a comprehensive talent organization that supports the company's transition from a development-stage biopharmaceutical company to a commercial enterprise.

Requirements

• 15+ years of HR/talent leadership experience, with 7 years in a senior role.
• Experience building talent functions in life sciences or biotech.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition across various functions.
• Expertise in the full talent lifecycle.
• Experience with remote or distributed workforce models.
• Data-driven mindset with HRIS proficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance in pharmaceutical hiring.
