Director / Senior Director, Analytics & Insights - Remote

Overview

This role will be responsible for national & subnational data analytics, insights and reporting to support the development & launch of lorundrostat at Mineralys Therapeutics, a fully remote company focused on hypertension and related comorbidities.

In Short

• Evaluate, procure and incorporate data sources to support and monitor the performance of lorundrostat in hypertension.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (marketing, market access, medical affairs).
• Build national & subnational reporting infrastructure including designing and maintaining customer data warehouse.
• Oversee the design and implementation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for monitoring brand performance.
• Leverage advanced analytics for optimizing customer targeting and evaluating promotional strategies.
• Evaluate AI/ML models and statistical solutions to address business needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and ensure ethical analytics practices.
• Manage external vendors for timely delivery of analytics projects.
• This role will report to the Exec. Director of Business Analytics & CI.

Requirements

• 8+ years in commercial analytics within pharma/biotech located in the US.
• Experience in general medicine, particularly cardiovascular disease, renal, metabolic is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the US pharmaceutical market is required.
• Expertise with US data sources for market data is required.
• Some knowledge of major ex-US pharmaceutical markets is preferred.
