Lead Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator Lead to supervise and coach a high performing team of Outreach & Enrollment Coordinators. This leadership role plays a critical part in driving member engagement and enrollment across our behavioral health programs by combining performance management with strong sales and persuasive communication strategies.

In Short

• Supervise and support a team of 8–12 Outreach & Enrollment Coordinators.
• Ensure the team meets enrollment targets through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
• Facilitate team meetings focused on motivation and accountability.
• Review enrollment calls and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train new hires and provide refresher training.
• Partner with Program Directors and Clinical teams for member handoffs.
• Maintain coaching documentation and manage schedules.

Requirements

• Three years of experience managing a team in a call center or customer service environment.
• Prior experience as an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator or similar role.
• Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to persuade and convert.
• Strong track record of meeting performance targets.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong data entry experience.
