Behavioral Health Care Manager - Remote

Mindoula Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to work with us full-time & remotely from anywhere within the United States. Mindoula's teams of Care Managers, supported by technology including a mobile engagement app, proprietary psychometrics, and predictive analytics, are the key to its success!

In Short

• Efficiently accept patient handoffs from an Intake Care Manager and seamlessly continue care.
• Develop rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Encourage patients to express feelings and discuss their lives.
• Guide patients in developing skills for managing problems and triggers.
• Educate patients on medication adherence and monitor medication-related issues.
• Communicate treatment recommendations to PCP and psychiatrists.
• Match daily calendar to documentation in Mindoula's electronic medical record.
• Assess patients for risk and develop safety plans.
• Prepare and maintain required records and reports.
• Use clear communication skills to facilitate interactions with patients and families.

Requirements

• Master's Degree Required in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline.
• Proficient in technology, specifically the Google Suite.
• Strong data entry experience or abilities.
• Work experience with Electronic Medical Records.
