In Short

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of energy and utility accounts.
  • Drive new sales by uncovering opportunities in the utility and energy markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account expansion.
  • Present and promote new products and solutions to clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and account updates.
  • Attend key client meetings and industry events.
  • Drive contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

  • Preferred locations: candidates in the DELMARVA or NOLA areas.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, Web, and Marketing principles.
