In Short

• Authors routine clinical and regulatory documents in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Supports clinical study execution through expert review of study-level documents.
• Coordinate and lead document roundtables, reviews, approvals, and quality control.
• Develops timelines for documents and communicates with team members.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to review study results.
• Contributes scientific knowledge and analytical skills to document production.
• Participates in developing key messages for routine documents.
• Reviews clinical trial registry postings for assigned studies.
• Maintains effective working relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Stays current with global guidance documents and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in preparing documentation for global regulatory submissions.
• Experience producing high-quality scientific/medical documents.
• Ability to analyze and summarize clinical and scientific data.
• Basic understanding of drug development and clinical research.
• Basic project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail related to consistency and scientific accuracy.
• Knowledge of applicable US and global regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in clinical regulatory writing.
