As a Project Manager in Quality Control, you will play a key role in turning cutting-edge science into real-world medical solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact and project lead for all quality control activities related to cell therapy products.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish and improve project management workflows tailored to our fast-paced environment.
• Lead internal Quality Control projects end-to-end including defining project scope and coordinating tasks across teams.
• Monitor progress against milestones and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Work with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Opportunity to take on a leadership role within the Quality Control team.
• Influence strategy, mentor colleagues, and drive key initiatives.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Several years' experience managing projects in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Confident communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a solution-focused mindset.
• Fluent in German and English to articulate complex topics clearly.
